I was using a menstrual cup, feeling completely free and confident, when a conversation with the incredible Mommy Steph sparked an idea that would grow into something bigger than I ever imagined. That day, the seed for Cups of Change was planted. 🌱

From that moment, I knew I wanted to share this freedom with women and girls across West Africa. Freedom from shame. Freedom from stigma. Freedom to live, work, and dream without barriers.

Today, as I celebrate another year of life, I also celebrate the journey of Cups of Change. What started as a spark has turned into a mission to empower women—one cup at a time. Together, we will distribute menstrual cups, educate communities, and raised awareness about period poverty.

We’re breaking taboos, one conversation at a time.

To everyone who has supported this dream, thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💖 Your belief in this mission fuels the change we’re creating together.

As I blow out my candles today, my wish is simple: that every woman and girl has the chance to live with dignity, confidence, and freedom. 🌍✨

Let’s keep changing the world, one cup at a time.

With love,

Jess 💕
